BOWIB (The Bluffton/Okatie Women in Business) and PAWSS
(Poets & Writers-Storytellers Society) will sponsor its first annual Meet-the-Authors & Writers/Storytellers of the Low Country Read-in on April 19, 2001 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Bluffton Town Hall Auditorium.
This is a fund raising activity for the Ours-to-CHAIRish Auditorium Renovation Fund so that the facility may be used as an Arts, Cultural and Educational Center for the community. It is open to all writers and storytellers of
the Low Country.
Participants must be prepared to read from their selected works and donate a copy as a door prize. All registered participants will be permitted to sell copies of their work if they choose.
The read-in will be open to the public and tickets for the event are $10.00 and will be promoted and sold by BOWIB. Seating capacity in the
auditorium is 286.
