Once you give us the job specifications
you will
receive a written price quotation within 24 hours. Upon acceptance of
the quote, you will receive initial design and layout proofs in 24-48
hours (including revisions), page proofs 24-48 hours thereafter, and
completed project (hard copy and disk) on the ordered
deadline.

How Do I
Receive Proofs?
Depending upon your software capabilities and preference, all
proofs will be transmitted via either FAX, as an electronic file
attachment to e-mail or viewed online via a secure web page accessible only by you.

What If My Software Can't Open the File You Send
Me?
The proofs can
be electronically sent to you in a format called .PDF. You can
download a free program by Adobe called Acrobat Reader which, when
installed on your computer will allow you to view any PDF file.
Your document will look exactly as it will appear when ready to
print.

Where Do
I Get Acrobat Reader?
Go to Adobe's Home Page at www.adobe.com or CLICK HERE. Then click on the button at the
bottom of the page that says "Get Acrobat Reader" and follow directions
to download and install. It's FREE and takes about 15 minutes to
download.

What If I
Want To Make Changes?
You can print them out, make any changes and FAX them back to me; or
simply e-mail any changes or additions/corrections.

Do You Handle the Printing?
In certain circumstances we can and do.
Usually you are better off taking the disk or camera ready hard copy to
a local printer. However, depending upon the method of
reproduction you are planning to use, there are occasions where we can
save you much time and money. Just ask us.

How Do You Handle Photos?
You can either have your photo scanned onto a disk and
saved in .tif format and send this file to us as an e-mail attachment;
or, mail the photo to us for scanning. Your photo will be returned to
you by mail.

Are There
Price Breaks for Subsequent Issues of the
Newsletter?
Yes, for
Quarterly, Bi-monthly and Monthly publication respectively. Contracts
available.

What Are Your Payment Terms?
Currently we accept Major Credit Cards, Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer or PayPal.
33% is required with initial work order
33% due with approval of design/production proofs
Balance due upon project completion

Do You Use Windows or MAC Platform?
Both Windows and Macintosh platforms are supported, as are most of the standard graphics & word Processing applications. We have computers capable of handling any Windows or Macintosh graphic and/or word processing application.
